Floor shot blasting - Car body repair shop

The beauty of newly laid power floated floors is that they are for the most part smooth and clean. What’s wrong with that?... you might say, It’s perfect for a coating! Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. When a powerfloat works the surface the result is usually a semi-polished finish.

Industrial overlays such as paints and epoxies require a keyed surface to adhere to. This is where mechanical preparation is required. On this occasion the contractor (Epoxy products Ltd) requested a light blast to Key 800m2 prior to applying their products.
