The team at Grit Blasting UK was recently contracted to work on the underground car park for this development, preparing the concrete for coating.
The work involved shot blasting 400 square metres of concrete floor, preparing it ahead of the top coats which were applied by the resin contractors. The finish prior to resin application needs to be the highest quality to ensure good adhesion, and all contaminants removed.
As you can see from the 'after' photos, once the resin is applied and the line markings complete, its a very neat and high quality finish.
